Speaker Redesign & IP Strategy

Brief: Create a fictional company and choose a current design project or redesign an existing project in order to complete an initial patent search and prepare documents suitable for a patent application.
Solution: AURA by Hu. is a portable speaker with Bluetooth functionality and features a unique audio-based light visualiser. AURA’s innovative 360-degree dial and touch-sensitive display provides users with a new way to enjoy their favourite music, while our large battery and compact form factor empower users to play music for hours on end.

A package style was produced to assist establish the design of AURA and prepare it for commercial distribution in preparation for registering a trademark for AURA by Hu.
